New update with easier shooting mechanics!

- Updated the font to be more legible

- Removed animations which were causing text blur

- Updated format to make all dialog inline

- Adjusted calculations for shooting to make it MUCH easier.

- Added a button for textbox submission (was blocking progress on some devices)

- Added a tiny bit of CSS for when THE LOAN RANGER text is displayed

To-do:

- further font updates, not entirely happy with it

- volume 2 (freeplay)
